Frequently asked questions

Can the service be fully online?
Yes. You submit documents through the inPL Client Panel or electronic exchange, and we file electronically. Offices in five cities are available if you prefer meeting in person.
What happens if I exceed the transaction limit?
We inform you in advance and suggest moving to a higher package. We do not add retroactive charges.
What will the price be after the promotion?
From month 7, inPL standard pricing applies, based on legal form, number of transactions and scope of services. We discuss the amount before signing.
Is company registration really free?
The promotion covers inPL’s fee for the registration service. Court fees, notarial fees, taxes and other official charges — where applicable — are settled separately.
I already run a company. Can I move my accounting to inPL?
Yes. We take over documentation from your current provider, review the state of filings and agree a handover schedule.

Promotional prices apply for the first 6 months when signing an agreement for a minimum of 12 months. From the 7th month, inPL standard pricing applies according to legal form, number of transactions and scope of services.

Free or discounted company registration applies to inPL's service fee only and does not include court fees, notarial fees, taxes or other official charges, where applicable.
